Welcome to Zeno Bot. By using our bot and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using Zeno.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding Zeno Bot to your Discord server or using any of our services, you agree to:

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Zeno Bot.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Zeno Bot to:
- Moderate your Discord server (warnings, kicks, bans, mutes)
- Create and manage custom embeds and messages
- Set up automated welcome messages and announcements
- Use utility commands for server management
- Play games and use entertainment features
- Configure webhooks and notifications
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use Zeno Bot to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse bot functionality
- Automate actions in a way that violates Discord rate limits
- Use the bot for illegal activities
- Impersonate Zeno staff or other users
- Sell or transfer access to bot features without authorization
Violation of these terms may result in permanent exclusion from using Zeno Bot without warning or refund.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Zeno Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions
- Discord API changes may affect bot functionality
5. Premium Services
Zeno offers optional premium features. By purchasing premium:
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
- Premium benefits are tied to your Discord account or server
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to revoke premium for Terms violations without refund
- Premium features may change over time
6. Intellectual Property
Zeno Bot, including its name, logo, code, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our code without permission
- Use our branding in a way that implies endorsement
- Create derivative works based on Zeno Bot
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeno Bot and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or errors
- Actions taken by server moderators using the bot
- Third-party content or services
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Zeno Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through our Discord server or bot announcements.
